Web Site Changes

We’ve updated the web site with all new items. Of course this is just a sample of what we offer, so if you don’t see what you’re looking for or need a price on something, you can always email or call us. The credit card payments will now go through “Paypal”. Free gift wrapping and a card upon request on most items. Free shipping for purchases over $50. And we’ve added a weather block to the opening page so you can check the temperature and forecast for Bar Harbor, Maine.

But most exciting news is the addition of a blog on the web site. Our hope is that we can create a virtual community of kindred spirits and share our love of all things Celtic. Plus, the blog makes it easier to offer special sales and photos of items instead of doing it on the regular web page.

I can’t tell you how much fun we’ve had over the years listening and telling stories, trading recipes, sharing travel tips, discovering new music, Celtic blessings, stupid jokes, not to mention the history, culture and tradition of the Celts.

An update on the future of Celtic Rainbow Gifts: As many of you already know, our building  (rented) on West St. in Bar Harbor is to be torn down and replaced with a Marriott Hotel. Originally, it was suppose to happen at the end of October 2008, however, most recently we’ve heard that the project is on hold until next fall and we can stay put another season. We’ll keep you posted if there’s any changes.
