| Return Policies & Online Purchases / Mail Order Information Our return policy for in store purchases: Cash or credit card refund with product in the same state that it left the store (unused) in original packaging, with the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Store credit between 14 and 60 days of purchase with the other terms listed above. Music recordings, software, or any other sealed product may not be returned if opened. Final Sale on food stuffs, earrings, markdowns and discounts. Special orders for heraldic items, jewelry, or any other product which has been customized, may not be returned unless defective. Defective items must be reported to us with 7 days of receipt. Online Purchases / Mail Order The same terms apply as above and a 25% restocking charge will be applied for all returns which qualify unless for a defective product.
